[Demo available] Supports the shaping of large aluminum alloy parts! 3D metal printer.
Large-scale aluminum alloy lamination! Since it is a self-designed product, including the optical section (head part), it can be fully customized.
The "LAMDA" is a metal 3D printer using the DED method. It can be utilized for the manufacturing of high-performance parts and the development of new materials, and it is capable of large-scale layering of aluminum alloys. <Strengths> ■ Capable of producing large and complex-shaped parts ■ Supports large-scale layering of aluminum alloys ■ Reduces lead time compared to conventional machining ■ Custom machine compatibility available ■ Equipped with a "Local Shield Nozzle" to prevent oxidation of materials at an ambient oxygen concentration of below 10 ppm without using a chamber. The "Local Shield Nozzle" suppresses oxidation during layering to the utmost limit, ensuring the quality of metal materials. Since the nozzle moves, there are no restrictions on the build size, and in systems where the build occurs on a table, the build size is determined by the table's movement. The situation during layering is monitored with high-speed processing. By adopting a "Monitoring Feedback System" that analyzes 300 images per second, the skilled craftsmanship of experienced operators can be reproduced. 【Lineup】 ■ LAMDA 200 ■ LAMDA 500 ■ LAMDA (custom machine compatibility) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
