Pre-production prototypes can be made with silicone 70° material. Since pre-production prototypes are in small quantities, machining without molds is recommended.
It is silicone rubber known for its high heat resistance and hygiene. With a relatively hard 70° among silicones, it has a good hardness that is not too soft for machining. Please feel free to inquire about other hardness and colors.
We handle Sanperca L-2500 manufactured by Sanwa Chemical Corporation. L-2500 is soft, but some water jet marks may remain.
L-2500 is a polyethylene foam with an apparent density of 30kg/m³, widely used for its smooth texture and softness. It comes in color variations of white, black, gray, red, yellow, green, and blue, resembling a pool float. FR-100 is a flame-retardant rubber that can be processed by die-cutting. We handle flame-retardant rubber from various manufacturers, so you can leave the die-cutting process to us.
FR-100 is a flame-retardant rubber manufactured by Iruma River Rubber Co., Ltd. It is an EPDM-based rubber. In various fields, there is a strong demand for flame-retardant measures, and it complies with the UL-94 V-0 standard. We also offer rubber sheets with other functional properties.
Vinyl sheets can be cut out like rubber sheets. Since rubber does not come in transparent, cut-out processing of soft PVC is useful for displays and other applications.
Soft PVC is a familiar transparent vinyl used for desk mats and similar items. Like rubber, it can be adhered with double-sided tape or processed through punching. It is also used in factories and warehouses for partitions and cold storage curtains.

6N is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. When extracting hard materials, we also focus on improving the durability of the molds used for extraction. PVC, commonly seen in everyday gray vinyl, is an inexpensive material that is easy to process through bending, welding, and gluing, and is used in a wide range of fields. It has excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, and its flame retardant properties help prevent the spread of fire. There is also transparent vinyl available. We also accept connections with commercially available PVC standard products, such as those used for plumbing.

POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and is used as an alternative to metal parts. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It has strong properties against solvents and low water absorption, which provides high dimensional stability during processing, making it suitable for machining and welding.
Sanpelka is processed into a wide range of products such as cushioning materials and insulation materials. L-2000 has a pleasant texture and is also processed for use in case interiors and fixtures.
L-2000 is a polyethylene foam that is 20 times lighter, widely used as cushioning and insulation material due to its lightness, and does not allow liquids to pass through because of its closed-cell structure. It can be processed in one go up to about 50mm thick using punching or water jet cutting. Colors available are white, black, gray, and blue, while red, green, and yellow are made to order. The apparent density is 45kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 100mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm, with thickness, width, and length customizable to the required size.
EPDM is a major weather-resistant rubber that is widely used in die-cutting processes. Die-cutting is ideal for cost reduction in mass production of spacers.
EPDM is characterized by excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance, as well as good electrical properties and high resistance to polar liquids. It is a recommended rubber for outdoor applications, using sheets with a hardness of approximately 65°. We have materials in stock with varying thicknesses, so please feel free to consult us.
It is also called nitrile rubber, and the sheets are processed by die-cutting. Please use die-cutting for mass production of oil-resistant rubber gaskets and similar products.
Nitrile rubber is a representative of oil-resistant rubber and also has good abrasion resistance and aging resistance. We use No. 7783 from Teraoka Seisakusho Co., Ltd. for the double-sided tape. It has excellent heat resistance and conformability to curved surfaces, and is also suitable for punching processing. Soft Si-300 with a hardness of 25 can be cut using a die-cutting process. Silicone sponge is used as a heat-resistant packing.
Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd., with a hardness of 30° on the surface. It can be sliced to thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 1mm. It has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). It also complies with food hygiene standards. Standard products are available in 10° and 20°, with colors including red ochre and black, and white is available for 20° and 30°. Due to its fine independent bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties.
We are adjusting the thickness through milling from the standard plate thickness of MC901. Please leave various processing such as milling from MC nylon plates to us.
MC901 has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. It is a material widely used in general. It can also be produced using MC nylon from other manufacturers, such as Mitsuboshi Seisakusho. There are processing machines that are advantageous for large quantities.
