GAS Glass Primer.-X

The ultimate weapon for painting, printing, and adhesion! A new era surface treatment system that significantly enhances adhesion instantly. (Demo and test applications available)

GAS Glass Primer is a surface treatment system that significantly improves adhesion by simply applying a special oxidative flame to the target object. Special components mixed with gas instantly form a nano-level silicon oxide film on the surface of the target object, enhancing adhesion. It can be used as a pre-treatment for painting, bonding, and printing. Please utilize it for improving productivity, enhancing quality, product development, and increasing added value. GAS Glass Primer.-X is the latest device of the third generation (as of the end of 2018). It has not only been made smaller and lighter but also comes with a control dial for injection pressure. This allows for pressure adjustments without relying on intuition or experience.

Fully automatic pretreatment device for acid decomposition, "DEENA series."

Fully automating the sample preparation, reagent mixing, reactions, and dilution for metal analysis!

The "DEENA series" is a device that can automate analysis in various fields, starting with the acid decomposition pretreatment of metals. From the addition of reagents, stirring and mixing, heating, cooling, to the addition of spikes and up to the final measurement, tasks that previously required human intervention can now be performed accurately, quickly, and safely in a fully automated manner. By automating the pretreatment of metal analysis, reagent mixing, reactions, and final measurements, it frees users from routine tasks that have been a burden until now. 【Features】 ■ Prevents exposure of humans to hazardous reagents ■ Cost benefits from full automation ■ Elimination of human error ■ Reduction of blanks ■ Reduction of blanks by using dedicated vials ■ Can be used as a dilution device or reagent addition dispenser *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Study on improving work efficiency using an automatic pretreatment device in the measurement method for mercury in exhaust gas.

Automation of mercury measurement in exhaust gas for improved operational efficiency. Reduction of human error as well.

This technical document discusses the efficiency improvements in the measurement of mercury in exhaust gases using the automatic pretreatment device "DEENA." The method for measuring mercury in exhaust gases is defined in the Ministry of the Environment's Notification No. 94 of 2016, where the analytical samples are broadly classified into "gaseous mercury," which is collected in an absorbent solution, and "particulate mercury," which is collected on a cylindrical filter paper. This mercury measurement method has increased labor requirements, and since all tasks are performed manually, there is a risk of human error, making automation for efficiency improvements desirable. Therefore, to enhance work efficiency and eliminate human errors, we conducted a study on mercury measurement using the automatic acid and other additive heating pretreatment device "DEENA" manufactured by BL Tech Co., Ltd. [Contents] ■ About DEENA ■ Application to mercury measurement in exhaust gases ■ Application to arsenic and selenium analysis, etc. [Source] ■ Study on the efficiency improvement of the mercury measurement method in exhaust gases using the automatic pretreatment device DEENA as per the Ministry of the Environment's Notification No. 94 of 2016. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Study on the efficiency of using an automatic pretreatment device for inorganic analysis of drainage, slag, etc.

Significant reduction in working hours! A processing device that has achieved full automation from stirring, heating, to constant volume.

This technical document discusses the adoption of an automatic acid decomposition device for the pretreatment of inorganic analysis. Shin-Ko Environment Solutions adds acid when analyzing the metal content of inorganic solids such as slag, using a test solution that is brought to a volume of 100 ml after evaporation and drying. Since hydrofluoric acid is used in this process, the risk level of the chemical substance RA is classified as IV. Therefore, we considered purchasing the "Fully Automatic Acid Decomposition Pretreatment Device DEENA" from BL Tech Co., Ltd., and conducted a comparison of analysis results using a demo unit against conventional methods. [Contents] ■ What is DEENA ■ Expected benefits of introducing DEENA ■ Decomposition processing work, etc. [Exhibition] ■ Consideration of fully automatic acid decomposition pretreatment devices in inorganic analysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Study on the decomposition using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (aqua regia) in the analysis of impurities in iron and steel.

[Free Technical Materials Available] Successfully automated tasks previously done by hand! No need for reagent preparation, achieving improved work efficiency!

This technical document discusses the automatic pretreatment using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (water) for the analysis of impurities contained in iron and steel, utilizing the automatic pretreatment device "DEENA" for reagent addition and acid decomposition. Steel becomes more rigid when it contains boron and other impurities, but if there are too many impurities, it becomes brittle. Therefore, managing the impurity content is extremely important in the production of high-quality steel. The analysis method commonly used is nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (aqua regia) decomposition; however, this method is labor-intensive and time-consuming, and it generates a significant amount of harmful acid decomposition gases, making it difficult to safely and rapidly process multiple samples. To address this, we examined the automatic pretreatment using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (water) for the analysis of impurities in iron and steel with "DEENA," which can perform tasks such as acid addition, stirring, and dilution under PC control in a fully automated manner. [Contents] - Purpose - Overview - Equipment/Reagents Used - Analysis Flow, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
