About quality management

We will implement thorough quality control to ensure that you can use our products with confidence.

In the product inspection area where quality control is conducted, high-power air purifiers are installed as equipment to prevent the intrusion of foreign substances and dust. The inspection room is carefully partitioned with clear curtains, and if the customer has specific standards, inspections can be conducted based on those criteria. ● Fabric Inspection In the clean room where product inspections are conducted, air purified by HEPA filters is continuously ventilated from above, allowing inspections to be carried out in an environment that removes over 99.99% of dirt particles measuring 0.3μm. Fabric inspection is the first stage of inspection, where containers before processing, such as printing and hot stamping, are examined. Various inspections are conducted for dirt, scratches, deformation, foreign matter contamination, and more. This is an important inspection that helps reduce the defect rate by avoiding unnecessary processing of defective fabrics. ● Finished Product Inspection Containers after decoration, such as printing and hot stamping, are inspected. This is the final inspection before shipping products to customers. Inspections are conducted for misalignment of decoration, peeling, color tone, dirt, and other factors. ● Various Inspections Suitability inspections of containers and their accessories are conducted using vacuum tests and torque meters. In-house operations include inserting seals into caps and adjusting the length of dispenser pipes.

What is quality control in manufacturing? Specific improvement measures for challenges and quality enhancement.

Introducing quality control methods and success stories that are actually achieving results on the manufacturing floor!

Recently, the environment surrounding the manufacturing industry has become increasingly harsh. Factors such as the challenges of skill transfer due to labor shortages, the intensification of global competition leading to stricter quality, cost, and delivery deadlines, and the diversification of customer needs resulting in product complexity are overlapping, causing many quality management personnel in manufacturing sites to struggle. Particularly in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, the reality is that they are overwhelmed by daily quality issues and cannot address fundamental improvements. Issues such as a management system reliant on the experience and intuition of veteran employees, outdated paper-based management methods, and a lack of preventive quality management are common across many companies. However, improving this situation does not necessarily require large-scale capital investment or expensive system implementation. What is fundamentally important is the establishment of a practical quality management system that reflects the realities of the workplace. This article will introduce quality management methods and success stories that are actually effective in manufacturing sites, while providing hints that can lead to solutions for the challenges faced by those on the ground. *For more detailed content of the article, please refer to the link below.*
