Particle Design and Surface Modification "Hybridization System" (NHS)
It is a device that performs surface modification and compounding of fine particles in a dry process in a short time. It contributes to the creation of new materials and significant performance improvements.
This is a technology that disperses raw materials in a high-speed airflow while using a force primarily based on impact to modify and composite the surfaces of fine particles in a dry process. By performing surface modification and compositing of the particles, it is possible to create novel materials that were not previously available and achieve significant performance improvements. The fixation or film formation of fine particles (child particles) on the surface of core particles (parent particles) is completed in an extremely short time of about three minutes. It is actively used in a wide range of fields depending on the combination of raw materials. Additionally, the spherical processing of irregular particles is also possible.
