The tool sands while tracing an arc of about 10 degrees with high-frequency vibrations. Since it uses paper with Velcro, the grit of the paper can be easily replaced, allowing for work with any desired finishing grit. It is not a rotary tool, so it can be used safely and easily compared to a grinder, reducing the burden on the operator. There are also durable paper pads with fine grits available, so you can choose according to the frequency of paper replacement.
