A spline bearing with a compact design that achieves high load capacity.
The HIWIN ball spline is a rolling guide spline bearing. It consists of a nut, screw, balls, and a retainer, utilizing the rolling motion of the balls for linear motion mechanisms. Due to its angular contact structure, it has a large load capacity in both radial and rotational directions. The nut and bearing are integrated, achieving high load capacity while remaining compact.
■ Torque Transmission Capability
Compared to linear bearings, the balls in the rolling groove have face-to-face contact, allowing relative motion between the nut and screw, enabling torque transmission.
■ Integrated Structure
The nut and bearing are integrated, resulting in high precision, lightweight, and compact design.
■ Easy Installation
With a retainer, the balls do not fall out even when the spline shaft is removed.
■ Lubricant
The optimal lubrication structure design supplies lubricant to the ball circulation area, enhancing lubrication effectiveness and extending service life.
