Introduction to the actuator | Rotary type 'Rotary Solenoid'!

Adopted in a wide range of industries, including laboratory systems and industrial sewing machines! It demonstrates greater force than linear actuators in long stroke ranges.

The rotary type "Rotary Solenoid" manufactured and sold by Shin Denko Mechatronics is designed based on the flat structure and principle of our push-pull solenoids. It has a structure that converts linear force into rotational motion, making it an actuator that rotates while undergoing slight axial movement during rotation. The case and armature plate are equipped with three special inclined grooves called ball races, and between them, bearing balls are used. When a direct current voltage is applied to the coil, the suction force generated causes the armature plate to press the bearing balls strongly against the case side, allowing for instantaneous rotational movement at a fixed angle while performing axial movement due to the action of the ball races. 【Features】 ■ A solenoid that provides direct rotational motion. ■ Simple structure with excellent durability. ■ A wide range of models from small to large, allowing for selection suited to various applications. ■ Depending on the model, the rotation angles can be 25°, 35°, 45°, 67.5°, or 95° to the right or left. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Small Rotary Solenoid OE

Original technology achieves even more compactness and high precision! Torque is almost constant across all angles!

The "Small Rotary Solenoid OE" features a special inclined groove called a ball race, which allows it to perform axial movement while instantly rotating at a fixed angle. Due to the small gap during the rotation, when combined with a crank to convert it into a linear type, it can achieve greater force in the long stroke range compared to the linear type. It is widely used in various fields, including lab systems and industrial sewing machines. 【Features】 ■ Compact and lightweight with an outer diameter of φ20mm ■ The rotation groove is specially processed, providing nearly constant torque across all angles ■ The coil is surrounded by a high-permeability metal case, resulting in minimal leakage flux ■ The type with a return spring does not require an external return mechanism *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Solenoid

The movable iron core is attracted and adheres to the fixed iron core! It is used in various mechanical operations and electrical controls.

A solenoid is a component that converts electrical energy into mechanical motion using electromagnetic force. When current flows through the solenoid, a magnetic field is generated in the coil, allowing the magnetic force to be concentrated in the fixed iron core, which enables it to function as an electromagnet, attracting the movable iron core and adhering it to the fixed iron core. This linear motion is utilized in various mechanical operations and electrical controls. 【Lineup】 ■ Stator Solenoid ■ Solenoid (for control) ■ HUB MAGNET *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
