The "α-Beat" is a soft starter designed with consideration for gears, belts, and mechanisms. [Issue] In this factory, raw materials are transported using a bucket conveyor. The problem was that the shock at startup caused damage to the belts and chains, forcing us to replace parts once a year (costing about 500,000 yen each time). [Solution] We adopted the soft starter "Soft Starter α-Beat," which minimizes mechanical shock during startup to the utmost limit. Even after four years, no parts replacement has been necessary, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Since it uses a soft start, it prevents gear damage and greatly reduces mechanical damage.
