Surface treatment "hard anodizing (Diano, Dynaflon)"
Adjustable film thickness! It can accommodate various applications and product dimensional tolerances.
"Hard anodizing" is a hard coating obtained by anodizing at a high current density in a sulfuric acid solution. It has high corrosion resistance, passing a salt spray test for 336 hours at a standard thickness of 50μm, and since the coating thickness can be adjusted, it can accommodate various applications and product dimensional tolerances. A coating of similar quality can be produced on materials that are generally considered difficult to hard anodize, such as 2000 series aluminum alloys and castings. 【Features】 ■ High corrosion resistance, passing a salt spray test for 336 hours at a standard thickness of 50μm ■ Adjustable coating thickness (standard 50μm, 20–70μm) ■ Capable of accommodating various applications and product dimensional tolerances ■ High wear resistance even in harsh operating environments (Diano) ■ No coating delamination observed even in a 90-degree bending test *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
