We specialize in drilling and tapping processes using a drill press, as well as machining square parts using general-purpose milling and grinding machines. Our small team allows us to be flexible and process even a single product efficiently. ■ Drilling and Tapping with General-Purpose Drill Press Many products requiring extensive drilling and tapping, such as manifolds and molds for hydraulic equipment, can be precisely finished using general-purpose machines. We can accommodate hole diameters up to φ40, through holes up to 800mm, and tap sizes up to M30. ■ Machining Square Parts with General-Purpose Milling and Grinding Machines Using general-purpose horizontal milling and grinding machines, we can handle products up to a maximum size of 800x400. Thickness will be discussed separately. ■ Flexible Processing with General-Purpose Machines Since we use only general-purpose machines, we can accommodate urgent products as well. However, due to our small team, there may be times when we cannot meet demands based on the workload in the factory.
