We design and manufacture various custom devices for handling AdBlue, including self-weight drop hoses and pumps. We received an order for a testing device to evaluate the durability of urea water tanks (made of resin) intended for passenger vehicles from an automotive parts manufacturer. The successful delivery of a custom dispenser to an automobile manufacturer was a key factor in our adoption. Since refilling at gas stations is anticipated, we produced the device to allow testing with nozzles from Tatsuno, ELAFLEX (Germany), and PIUSI. Additionally, we implemented control for the discharge amount using feedback and feedforward for each nozzle.
