We support hand washing, machine washing, high-pressure steam sterilization, EOG sterilization, and hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization, conducting durability tests customized to customer requirements, including cleaning methods, sterilization methods, programs, continuous sterilization operation counts, and number of test samples. We assist in the development of new medical devices, updates to accompanying documents, reproduction of complaints and defective products from end users, and verification of the effects of various surface materials and precision parts of the products. (Product operation guarantees and operational confirmations are to be conducted by the customer.) Additionally, detailed data acquisition is possible using data loggers (monitoring changes over time in temperature, pressure, etc.).
