Nicrobel C thermocouple

The Φ1.0 thin sheath K thermocouple can measure up to 900°C! It achieves higher stability and environmental resistance compared to conventional Inconel sheath thermocouples.

Conventional metal sheaths (such as stainless steel and Inconel) experience chemical corrosion and metal fatigue at high temperatures, which significantly affect the stability and lifespan of thermocouples. The Nicrobel sheath is a revolutionary metal sheath made from a heat-resistant alloy with a composition very similar to type N thermocouples (NicroSil), minimizing the adverse effects of chemical corrosion and metal fatigue. The diameter of the protective tube can range from Φ1 to Φ8. You can choose from straight or L-shaped designs, as well as options with terminal boxes, depending on your application.
