Electroformed flat pin gate bush, nickel alloy
The flat-shaped gate improves cutting and fluidity. It can contribute to quality stability and cost reduction.
1. The gate cut is good, and since the gate area does not decrease, the fluidity (moldability) hardly changes, and there is little change in appearance (such as with texture). 2. Made of nickel alloy electroformed material with a mirror finish on the inner surface, and the inner surface hardness is also HRC55-60, providing durability and wear resistance. 3. Strong against gas and excellent in corrosion resistance. 4. Compared to iron-based gate bushes, it has a high thermal conductivity, and due to the mirror finish on the inner surface, the gradient can be reduced, leading to a shorter molding cycle.
