This is an ELTRES-compatible antenna that integrates two antennas, one for the 920MHz band and the other for GNSS L1, into a compact housing.

1. Good antenna characteristics The antenna element has been optimized and designed for the 920MHz band and GNSS L1 (1575.42MHz). It boasts excellent antenna characteristics due to the use of low-loss cables. (Antenna radiation efficiency for 1019-076A: 922–928MHz: -4.1 to -4.5dB, 1575.42MHz: -2.6dB) The structure separates the antenna surface from the installation surface by approximately 30mm, reducing the impact of the installation surface in practical use. 2. Additional antenna certification for ELTRES communication module CXM1501GR The antenna has been additionally certified. It can be used immediately with ELTRES terminals. 3. Waterproof/Dustproof Designed for various indoor and outdoor applications and installations, it meets IP56 standards (excluding the connector part). It uses weather-resistant PC material (-30 to +90°C) and has a flame retardancy rating of V-0. 4. Supports various installation methods The main unit has mounting holes for screw fastening. It also supports the installation of adhesive tape (included). The GNSS cable is tagged to prevent installation errors during construction.

[Achievements] Development of Antennas for Automotive Millimeter-Wave Radar

To meet the increasing demand for applications such as autonomous driving, we will continue to develop new products that are smaller and have better performance.

We received a request from a major manufacturer to develop an antenna for millimeter-wave radar that is compatible with a new development IC. To achieve maximum gain performance within the requested size, we proposed and developed a vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar antenna tailored to the distance: a lens type for long-range applications and a patch type for short-range applications. Subsequently, this vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar was exhibited at an international trade show in early 2018, and our antenna was also displayed alongside it. [Achievements] Commercialization of Millimeter-Wave Antennas for Large-Capacity Data Transmission

We received an inquiry from a major manufacturer regarding the consideration and development of a compact and lightweight millimeter-wave antenna for base stations that supports the 71-76GHz and 81-86GHz (E-Band) frequency bands, as well as the establishment of a system capable of supplying a substantial quantity. We anticipate that the demand for products compatible with the millimeter-wave frequency band will increase, so we promptly introduced the necessary equipment and developed and commercialized the product, sometimes seeking cooperation from external organizations. Ultimately, to accommodate mass production while keeping costs down, we successfully transitioned from producing waveguides through cutting and wire cutting to manufacturing them as metal molded products, thus meeting the customer's required costs and supply system.
