We will introduce examples of bags with tape on the header, which are different from ordinary header bags.♪
The header bags we are introducing this time are a bit different from the usual ones, designed to meet customer requests.
The customer expressed a desire to "insert an original backing sheet printed after bagging, rather than placing a core in the header during the bag-making process."
Typically, a white or transparent header core is inserted to complete the header during the bag-making process (see Photo 1). However, this time, instead of using a standard header core, we created a flap that allows the original backing sheet to be inserted during the product packing process, and secured it with tape, resulting in a bag that can accommodate the backing sheet (see Photo 2).
Photo 3 shows the bag after the backing sheet has been inserted. With the tape in place, there is no worry about the backing sheet falling out. Since this is a post-bagging operation, you can insert any type of backing sheet you prefer.
Additionally, we made sure to discuss the backing sheet size and other details in advance to ensure there were no discrepancies in size or hole placement.
The customer was very pleased with the result.
