We received an inquiry from "Nakaya Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.," who has adopted our Cargo Register, regarding an issue that arises during the picking and packing process at the time of shipment, where foreign objects may be mixed into the shipping boxes (cardboard boxes). They were seeking good countermeasures for this problem. The foreign object in question is a "large clip" that is used to keep the "lid" part of the cardboard box from closing. They wanted to avoid this clip being shipped together with the products during packing. Initially, we recommended "trolley wraps" and "trolley hooks," but after some trial and error, we ended up with a custom specification. We created several prototypes of the clip part in both metal and plastic, and after testing various lengths of the band part with a focus on workability, they chose our solution. For the plastic clips, we utilized our company's 3D printer to create materials and shapes with practical strength. We are very pleased to have been able to contribute, even in a small way, to solving Nakaya Chemical Industry's problem. We look forward to continuing our relationship.
