Reduction of liquid dripping! Introduction of a case where the cut edge processing was applied and the mouth angle was made sharp.
We would like to introduce a case of a custom product made for a fragrance factory: "SUS304 Beaker with a Cut Edge at the Top (No Folded Processing) 30L 330φ×350H." The factory found that off-the-shelf products were difficult to use due to liquid dripping and poor cutting. Additionally, there was a problem where raw materials would get trapped in the small gaps created by curling, making them hard to clean. They requested improvements to the liquid drainage of the contents when dispensing and wanted the upper part of the body to be easy to clean. In response, we manually crafted the mouth section. By adopting a cut edge design without curling or folded processing, we improved the drainage of the contents.
