[Video Available] Thermographic Camera for Body Surface Temperature Measurement
Identify individuals with high body surface temperatures! Rapid individual screening can be conducted.
FLIR Systems' thermal imaging cameras are used as effective tools to measure the surface temperature of the skin and identify individuals with elevated body temperatures in public spaces such as airports, railway terminals, businesses, factories, and concerts. While there are no thermal imaging cameras that can detect or diagnose the novel coronavirus, FLIR Systems' cameras have a long track record of detecting elevated body temperature (EBT) in high-traffic public areas through rapid individual screening. Particularly in airports, FLIR Systems' thermal imaging cameras are actively adopted as part of the screening measurements for passengers and aircraft crew. By measuring the surface temperature of passengers, they can conduct a primary screening to determine whether additional testing is needed at quarantine stations. The camera models selected for non-contact screening tool applications have been submitted for 510(k) approval to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (K033967). The cameras included are: - FLIR Exx series - FLIR T series - FLIR A320 For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
