"Pattern Matching Premium" is a super-fast automatic cutting machine (NC cutting machine) that enables advanced pattern matching cutting. In conventional machines, point pattern matching was performed using a camera mounted on the cutting head to align the pattern position. In contrast, the newly developed Pattern Matching Premium employs a line scan camera in the fabric feeding process to read the entire fabric pattern (such as checks, stripes, and borders) and matches it with the marking data created using the SDS-ONE APEX series CAD software, allowing for pattern matching cutting that takes into account fabric skew and pattern pitch. Additionally, while cutting fabric in the cutting area, pattern matching for the next fabric can be performed simultaneously in the scanning area, significantly increasing productivity. *Verification of fabric patterns is required in advance.
