In the previous issue, we challenged ourselves to create a solid structure using the STL data of a Rubik's Cube with the powder 3D printer Fuse 1, but unfortunately, it did not rotate... The cause was that it had already been integrated at the stage of the CT scan data. From this result, we learned that "to make 'usable 3D data,' adjustments according to subsequent applications are necessary." Therefore, this time we adjusted the STL data to be suitable for SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) method. "What does it mean to 'make usable 3D data'?" "What should we be careful about in powder 3D printing?"
