A new construction method that significantly improves safety during construction, based on years of construction experience and technical expertise!
Since its establishment, we have accumulated knowledge as pioneers in large doors and have developed a construction method for large opening doors that is both safe and leads to cost reductions.
In conventional construction methods, the products themselves become extremely heavy, making transportation and installation very dangerous. However, with our method, only the cart portion, which is the heart of the door, is manufactured in the factory, while the rest is delivered to the site in parts. The assembly of the parts above the cart is done on-site.
With this method:
1. The absence of heavy lifting significantly improves the safety of workers.
2. The elimination of heavy lifting allows for a reduction in the heavy machinery used, leading to substantial cost savings compared to conventional methods.
3. Unlike traditional methods, work is performed at the door installation location, eliminating the need for a workspace for ground assembly. (However, a temporary storage area for parts is necessary.)
4. Since ground assembly is no longer required, the work is less affected by weather conditions, which does not impact the overall construction schedule.
This method is effective for doors that exceed 10 meters in height or have widths larger than vehicle sizes.
