We would like to introduce a case study of the large and heavy manual opening and closing gate "HI SPEC-GATE." At the Okayama Transport Bureau of the China Transport Bureau, we installed a (main gate) green-style single sliding three-panel electric gate and a (back gate) green-style single sliding two-panel manual gate. 【Case Overview】 ■ (Main Gate) Single Sliding Three-Panel Electric Gate - Effective opening: 16,500mm - Gate size: W6,150×H900×D75×2 units W6,850×H900×D75×1 unit - Total weight of the gate: 970kg - Manual opening and closing force: 8kg when not connected to the motor, 24kg when connected to the motor - Frame: Steel material, hot-dip galvanized base JIS HD245 - Gate opening and closing time: 55 seconds *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The sense of pressure unique to large gates has been alleviated! An example of a luxurious closed exterior structure.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured and delivered a gate that integrates a general access gate and a shutter gate. In the side walls of the general access gate, some space has been left open, and recessed processing has been applied to reduce the sense of pressure typical of large gates. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured and delivered the "FIT Entrance Gate for Hotels." The installation was completed in about 3 hours with dimensions of approximately W6,100 × H3,100 mm. After installation, additional work such as roofing, tiling, and lattice installation was carried out by the contractor. We would like to introduce a case where a gate that integrates a shutter gate and a privacy wall was manufactured and delivered. Due to the size of the gate, the shutter gate and privacy wall were manufactured separately and connected on-site. After the installation of the structure, the finishing work was carried out by the contractor.
