Zeta Plus Activated Carbon Adsorption Depth Filter "SP Series"

Removal of Impurities in the Manufacture of Synthetic Pharmaceuticals, Intermediates, and Biopharmaceuticals - Activated Carbon Adsorption Depth Filter Solutions -

The 3M(TM) Zeta Plus(TM) activated carbon adsorption depth filter cartridge 'SP Series' is a cartridge-type filter molded into a safe and easy-to-handle shape using powdered activated carbon. Activated carbon has been used for many years in the purification processes of various solutions in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and its excellent adsorption properties are widely utilized for the removal of impurities, decolorization, and more. Compared to conventional activated carbon treatment, it leads to improvements in the manufacturing process such as reduced process time through simple operation, improved working environment, and enhanced product stability/quality. 【Performance in Removal Applications】 ● Removal of trace metals, impurities, and endotoxins ● Removal of substances that inhibit catalytic reactions ● Decolorization from pharmaceutical raw materials and active ingredients ● Removal of unreacted substances in ADC (antibody-drug conjugates) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Measures against red water (rust) in piping due to filter installation" *Experimental video now available*

Emergency repairs for piping that cannot be replaced immediately are realized at a low cost. Support such as webinars and online explanations is also substantial.

We propose the installation of "filtration filters" as a measure against "red water" caused by red rust that occurs in the piping. Compared to replacing the piping, this solution is low-cost and speedy. We offer a variety of housing and filters, and our dedicated staff will recommend the best combinations based on flow rates and other factors. We also maintain a constant inventory, allowing for quick supply in case of emergency measures! ★ We are currently showcasing "installation images and videos demonstrating the effectiveness of rust removal" below ★ 【Recommended for those who:】 Need to urgently resolve red water issues from installed piping. Cannot immediately replace old piping but want to take action before complaints arise. Want to install a filter as a precaution after plumbing work. 【Examples of housing and filter combinations】 ■ Piping flow rate 1–2 m3/h One housing with one string-wound filter. ■ Piping flow rate 3–15 m3/h Five-housing with multiple string-wound filters. * For product details, please refer to the materials available for "PDF download." * We are also conducting webinars and online product explanations. Please feel free to contact us.

Metal Ion Removal Filter "3M MIP Series" <Materials Provided>

High metal removal performance reduces metal ions in the chemical solution to 50 ppt level in a single pass. Adopts a depth filter structure.

The "3M MIP Series" is a metal ion removal filter capable of reducing metal ions in chemical solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing processes to levels below 50 ppt. Due to its large ion exchange capacity, it can effectively remove ions in a single pass, and it also has low metal elution, allowing for reduced pre-treatment time and simplified operations. The lineup includes sizes ranging from a φ47mm disk for screening evaluation to 20-inch cartridges, making it easy to scale up from small chemical tests. It can be easily added to existing processes and contributes to the reduction of various metal species with two types available. 【Lineup】 ◎ 47mm Disk Type (for screening) ◎ 2-inch Cartridge Type (for scale-up evaluation and small volume filtration) ◎ 10-inch/20-inch Cartridge Type (for mass production scale) The filter media is available in ion exchange type (SCP) and chelate type (APP). *You can view product details, test data, and English-language materials related to this product by downloading from "PDF Download."

Web Seminar: Trends and Countermeasures for Metal Reduction Requirements in the Semiconductor Industry

A recorded webinar attended by over 300 participants! We will introduce the latest trends and specific examples of metal reduction processes.

We are now offering an on-demand recording of the webinar on metal reduction in the semiconductor industry, which was held last October and attended by over 300 participants. In the current semiconductor industry, the level of demand for metal management has increased, and this demand has expanded to raw materials that were previously not required. In October of last year, we held a seminar discussing the latest trends in metal reduction requirements and how the metal reduction process is being addressed at various stages, using specific examples. The seminar received positive feedback. We will now be providing a recorded broadcast (on-demand) of the seminar, so please join us via the link below. <Seminar Overview> [Supervision] Solventum LLC, Filter Product Technology Department [Content] 1. Trends regarding the latest metal reduction requirements 2. Methods for addressing metal reduction 3. Tips on measuring metal ions 4. Solventum's metal ion removal filters *The seminar will be conducted in Japanese. Viewing is free of charge.
