The PRVOR CTS5 is a profiling float capable of withstanding pressure up to 2000 meters and can be equipped with numerous sensors in addition to the standard CTD sensor. It can measure water temperature, salinity, pressure, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll, backscatter, dissolved organic matter, pH, and nitrate at any interval. Furthermore, by adding an underwater imaging profiler sensor (UVP6-LP), it can capture digital images of zooplankton.
