Processing example of Naflon PTFE low creep gasket blended with silica!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a JIS pipe flange gasket (nominal diameter 2K-650A) in RF (Raised Face) shape from Naflon PTFE low creep gasket "TOMBO No.9007-LC" (thickness 3mm) based on the customer's specifications. Using our plotter processing, we precisely processed it directly from CAD data. Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding processing. We processed 33 pieces of T1120 3t 10K-750A. We used 5 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L and efficiently combined them with other products for processing. Since the processing range is 4000W x 5800L, we can also arrange 2 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L. It has a rectangular shape with outer dimensions of 125mm × 180mm, featuring a central opening of φ111.1 and four φ10 holes. Soft rubber has a tendency to stretch and contract during processing, but by using water jet processing, we achieved high-precision machining without thermal impact, while maintaining the material properties. The one-sided tape specification improves workability and contributes to the efficiency of positioning tasks. This is a processing example that has stably accommodated mass production of 100-piece lots.
