We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured 30 ring-shaped gaskets from Vulkaron gasket "Vulkare No. 7020" (thickness 2mm) based on the customer's specifications, with an outer diameter of φ90mm and an inner diameter of φ70mm. Using our plotter processing machine (with router function), we processed the gaskets directly and precisely from CAD data. To enhance mechanical strength and sealing performance, the beginning and end of the winding consist only of hoop material, and the entire circumference is spot-welded. By maintaining consistent tension during the winding process, a uniform thickness is achieved.
