The car gate is designated for vehicle use only, and pedestrians are required to use a separate entrance. ●Issues Before Implementation The issue raised by the customer was that people were entering and exiting by crawling under the car gate. Due to the proximity of the product storage space to the exit, there had also been incidents of theft from external intrusions. Additionally, employees were not using the designated entrance and were entering and exiting through the car gate, rendering the access management ineffective. ●Improvement Proposal and Implementation Effects The focus of this issue was solely on the fact that individuals could crawl under the car gate.
