At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture waterproof plates by welding plates to HT elbows (PVC water pipes). Although they are heat-resistant grade, the plates themselves are standard grade.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) has high chemical resistance but low heat resistance; however, it is inexpensive as a material and can be both glued and welded, making it widely used in safety covers and processed building piping materials.
Using a welding machine (Fuji Impulse), we weld materials such as PVC, PP (polypropylene), and PE (polyethylene) by applying heat and melting the welding rod.
We can produce even small lots, starting from just one piece. We can also accommodate repeat orders from single items.
While we can accept mass-produced items (with large quantities) that result in a higher total amount, we also respond to requests for small lots (with fewer quantities) that are often hard to accept.
