It is a coating head for intermittent use.
By densely arranging the modules and minimizing the distance from the valve seat to the lip tip, we have improved the intermittent performance at high speeds. The photo shows a width of 390 millimeters, but we can customize it to your desired coating width. We also have proven specifications for pressure control measures in intermittent coating.
ユーザー様より御要望を頂きまして、高粘度対応の高流量ヘッドを製作しました。大口径ピストン＆シートのモジュールを製作しました。
ホットメルト接着剤の性能の向上により、より広範囲のアプリケーションに対応するべく、高粘度（500,000mPa・s）でも吐出時の圧力損失を軽減出来るヘッドを製作しました。 フィルターはヘッドに内蔵しており、ツールレスでフィルター交換を出来るようにと、現場からの御要望にお応えしました。 他メーカーのアプリケーターとの組み合わせも可能で、ハイフローヘッドに交換する事で吐出時のバックプレッシャーを抑えて、アプリケーターへの負荷を低減する事が出来ます。
Hot melt coating head for surface coating
We have installed a module that allows for flow rate adjustment to achieve uniform film thickness in the width direction for hot melt surface coating. The design also ensures that the pressure inside the extruder is even, allowing for uniform film thickness in wide surface coating. Since it is custom-made, we can accommodate various specifications such as coating width, viscosity used, and required film thickness control.

Since the valve's ON/OFF does not use electricity or air, piping and wiring are unnecessary. It has been manufactured as a head for supplying reaction-type PUR roll coaters. It is designed to be completely sealed, considering the use of reaction-type hot melt, and is easy to disassemble and clean.
We have made it possible to apply hot melt coating with a non-contact head.
It was common practice to apply hot melt coating by making contact with the tip of a slot coater head. We have successfully developed a non-contact surface coating head that overturns this common practice. By using a non-contact method, damage (such as scratches) to the substrate does not occur, resulting in significantly improved product finish.
