The inner and outer rubber surfaces use rubber that excels in water resistance and weather resistance, providing excellent durability.
The hose features an insulated design to prevent electrical conduction and electric shock due to its non-conductive structure, as well as measures to prevent sparks caused by static electricity. Additionally, the outer surface of the hose can be reinforced with glass fiber or ceramic fiber, making it suitable for high-temperature environments, such as in electric furnaces in steel mills and chemical plants.
The maximum manufacturing length is 12 meters, and the maximum operating pressure is 0.98 MPa.
The liquid contact area around the coupling is lined with the same type of rubber as the inner surface, ensuring there is no corrosion of the metal parts.
