Compared to the conventional IFH series, it is about six times brighter, with improved uniformity and clarity. Even at close distances to the workpiece, imaging can be done without interference from troublesome reflections.
Reflective high uniformity and high brightness dome lighting
The NEO series has been brightened and is now newly available! By utilizing the hemispherical inner surface reflection, it emits uniform diffused light, reducing halation that easily occurs with direct light on uneven or glossy surfaces, allowing for shadow-free, uniform images. It is possible to capture curved or stepped workpieces as flat images. A large dome with a maximum diameter of 350mm is adopted, making it capable of accommodating larger workpieces that conventional small dome lighting could not handle. Compared to the previous NEO dome lighting, the blue light output has increased by about four times, while the white and red light outputs have increased by about two times, enabling faster inspections.
Combining red, blue, and green LEDs into a single lighting unit.
The blending of emission colors can be freely adjusted according to the inspection purpose. With a combination of three wavelengths—red, blue, and green—it provides full-color visible light illumination, covering a very wide wavelength range. Since each wavelength can be dimmed independently, subtle composite lighting colors are achievable.
Dome lighting that achieves strong illumination from all directions.
The inner surface of the bowl is equipped with LEDs, allowing for strong illumination from all angles. Additionally, by attaching a diffusion dome as an option, it is possible to achieve strong diffused light that minimizes reflections on spherical workpieces. There are also types that allow for multiple rows of LEDs to be divided into several circuits vertically, enabling independent dimming.
