The uniformly diffused light enables the capture of images without shadows or unevenness during inspections of roll-to-roll films, printed materials, and parts with uneven shapes. For workpieces that are prone to halation on the surface due to material properties, it is possible to suppress halation and capture clear images. At 100% power dimming, the center illuminance at LWD 10mm exceeds 150,000 lx (this is not a guaranteed value). Ten sizes are available with opening lengths ranging from 124mm to 1024mm.

The lighting has an extremely small size of W26×D60×H11, yet features a direct lighting type with an angled downward light concentration. Despite its small size, it offers high brightness and uses a cylindrical diffusion plate to minimize LED element reflections. It is available in white, red, blue, and green, as well as near ultraviolet (405nm) and infrared. Customization of size and emission surface R is also possible. It can be driven by PWM power supply and strobe power supply.

The IHM-V series features an even brighter narrow-angle illumination type high-brightness transmission lighting. It achieves chip-type transmission lighting that is low-cost, high-output, and lightweight. The model lineup includes five sizes of square approximate shapes ranging from small to large, as well as four sizes of rectangular shapes, totaling nine sizes. The available light colors are white, red, and blue. The narrow-angle illumination suppresses light spill, making it ideal for edge detection of cylindrical and glossy parts.
Large uniform surface lighting
Adopts power LEDs, large and high-brightness uniform lighting. Ideal for appearance inspection of large workpieces such as PET bottles. Can also replace large fluorescent lamp devices. Due to its special structure, no air attachment is required, and it features a fanless natural air cooling system. Since it uses a 100mm x 100mm substrate, other sizes can be produced in multiples of this dimension.
