【UWB】IEEE 802.15.4z / FiRa Product Inspection

The inspection of UWB products without RF connectors will be conducted as "OTA testing." We propose an "OTA testing environment" using an antenna coupler that measures "at close range."

Apple's U1 chip is famous for its "UWB IEEE 802.15.4z" and FiRa UWB "OTA testing solutions." - Testing of application products using Apple's U1 chip with "UWB IEEE 802.15.4z" - FiRa (fine-ranging) UWB product testing - UWB LIN gateway product testing - UWB CAN gateway product testing - "OTA testing solutions" using antenna couplers - "OTA testing" in the development phase - "OTA testing" in the mass production phase, manual to automated inspection (shielded box) Development Phase: Contributing to product development at R&D desks. - Space-saving "OTA testing that does not take up much space" Mass Production Phase: Contributing to the reduction of inspection costs. - Shortening inspection time due to the OTA testing environment (reducing takt time) - Space-saving in the inspection process - Automation - Non-contact testing *OTA testing refers to evaluating the characteristics of the object being measured through wireless (Over The Air) connections instead of using "coaxial connectors/cables." It allows for non-contact transmission and reception testing.

Technical Data: Quality Control of Pyrolysis Gasoline Using Near-Infrared Analysis.

With a near-infrared analyzer, the diene value (anhydrous maleic acid value) of pyrolysis gasoline (pygas) can be measured in under one minute!

Near-Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 16 Petroleum Gasoline Fuel Pyrolysis Gasoline Pyrolysis gasoline (Pygas) is a byproduct of ethylene production and is unsuitable as motor fuel due to the presence of unwanted conjugated diolefins. To eliminate this drawback, it is necessary to reduce the olefin content to below 2 mg/g using a Selective Hydrogenation Unit (SHU). The diene value (or Maleic Anhydride Value (MAV)) is typically determined by wet chemical analysis through the Diels-Alder reaction (UOP326-17). This wet chemical analysis method requires trained analysts to perform it over several hours. Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) contrasts with this chemical analysis method and can be applied as a cost-effective, rapid analytical technique for determining the diene value in pyrolysis gasoline.

Confirmation of display suitability and quality assurance! 'DNA identification test for squid species'

Comprehensive DNA identification of 22 types of squid, including "surume ika" and "akai ika"! Amidst a decrease in catch volume, there is an increasing use of risk management and quality certification.

Amid the decline in squid catch volumes, there is growing attention on DNA testing to confirm and certify the ingredient labeling of "squid processed products." Our company offers DNA identification testing for all 22 species of squid. ≪Features of Vision Bio's DNA Testing≫ Point 1: Capable of identifying 46,000 animal species, including seafood! In addition to various seafood, including squid, we also accommodate the identification of various plants and animals. We can meet diverse needs, and we have received positive feedback stating that "in the unlikely event of a discrepancy in labeling, knowing the species name facilitates cause investigation and countermeasures." Point 2: Proven track record in food-specific DNA testing Since the start of rice variety identification testing (DNA analysis) in 2003, we have conducted tests based on 20 years of accumulated experience in DNA testing. We cater not only to raw seafood but also to cooked processed products.
