1. 【Sports Lockers Used by Professional Athletes - Basketball Case Study】 This is a case study for a women's corporate basketball team. After receiving the layout diagram of the locker room, we assisted in creating the placement plan. We also carefully considered the size and shape of the lockers to achieve a layout that allows for more efficient operation. The depth is divided into two sections, with the seating area designed for comfort, featuring pink cushioned seats to enhance femininity. The configuration consists of a total of 18 units (5 connected × 2 locations, 4 connected × 1 location). 2. 【Sports Lockers Used by Professional Athletes - Rugby Case Study】 We were commissioned to provide lockers for players of a top league rugby team. This time, instead of a combined type, each locker has an independent structure, utilizing a connection method. Even larger players can use the lockers comfortably and widely, while also accommodating multiple boxes for detailed storage needs. A total of 56 units were delivered. (Locker size: width 800mm × depth 900mm × height 1920mm / Color: Natural White)

Request for locker renewal at the fire academy. We are gradually carrying out replacement work as part of the annual budget plan.

Since 2020, we have received a total of four requests for the removal of existing items and the installation of new ones from the Osaka Prefectural Fire Academy. Our school is an institution that trains fire personnel who are employed by various fire departments (bureaus) within Osaka Prefecture. Students store their field coats, which they use during daily training, in dedicated lockers. However, due to the sweat and water droplets from training, the lockers were severely corroded, and we were considering replacing them when we found the website of Ninhara Works and reached out to them. We conducted a comparative estimate with other companies, but due to the lower price, we decided to proceed with their services.

Differentiation and standardization of board thickness in locker construction.

This time, I will introduce the reasons for using various thicknesses of sheet metal to create lockers and the purpose of standardizing the plate thickness for making a single locker.

At Jinbara Works, we generally use a sheet metal thickness of 0.8 mm when creating valuable item lockers. However, for map cases, we use 1.0 mm, and for sports lockers, we use 1.6 mm, adjusting the thickness based on the product being made. While using thicker sheets can increase strength, using excessively thick sheets can make the product heavier and less user-friendly. Additionally, the price of materials varies with thickness, which can also increase the cost of the products. Therefore, at Jinbara Works, when we receive an order from a customer, we inquire about the size and weight of the items to be stored, as well as the usage conditions, such as whether people will be sitting on it. This allows us to select the appropriate sheet thickness to create a "durable" locker that meets the intended use. In the past, for a single locker, we have used various sheet metals besides the 0.8 mm, including 0.6 mm for reinforcements, 0.7 mm for inner boxes, and 3.2 mm for cams, among others, even for standard products.

The "Cube_4 each," installed in a corner of the office as personal lockers for employees, provides a calm impression to the space with its two-colored (white and blue) doors while also ensuring a bright and vibrant atmosphere. The "Cube_4 each" comes standard with four types of locks and two types of doors (with and without windows). The specifications ordered this time include doors with windows, allowing for easy visibility of the contents, and the dial lock is convenient as it eliminates the need to carry or worry about losing keys. Additionally, while it is made of sturdy steel, it is lightweight, making it easy to add or relocate units in response to changes in the number of employees, and it can be easily stacked with just one screwdriver, which is a notable feature.

Delivery to a corporate baseball team. We measured the installation site on location, created a layout and product drawings, and after receiving your approval, we proceeded with production and delivery.

We delivered 45 connected sports lockers to the locker room of an adult baseball team in Hyogo Prefecture. The request came from a company related to sports goods that found us through our website. We submitted product drawings and a quotation, and proposed colors that matched the team colors in black and red. Additionally, we confirmed the layout and delivery route on-site in advance, allowing for a smooth process. The installation was handled by our young employees and was completed in one day. The neatly arranged sports lockers were impressive, and the users were very pleased. We look forward to expanding our sales channels to sports teams in the future. Thank you very much.

Fireproof clothing lockers have been delivered for the relocation of the comprehensive disaster prevention base.

We delivered and installed 30 fireproof clothing lockers for three-shift use at the comprehensive disaster prevention base relocation in Niihama City, Ehime Prefecture. This was a request from an office equipment trading company that has been a long-time partner. The lockers are designed with a stainless steel base, combined with a body made of SECC (zinc-coated steel plate), and feature an upper storage compartment. The coating is powder-coated, providing high corrosion resistance. This time, we worked closely with our own employees, support personnel, and the transportation company to proceed with the installation. We also underwent a final inspection by the fire department and successfully completed the installation work.
