The "DGH/DGS Series" is a foreign matter removal device that can be installed inside hoppers or piping, utilizing the strong magnetic force of magnet bars arranged in a lattice pattern to attract and remove metallic foreign objects.
In addition to contributing to contamination countermeasures in food production lines, its seamless structure created by welding also helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Furthermore, in response to the need for labor-saving cleaning operations, we offer a "simple cleaning type" with a sleeve pipe. By housing the magnet bar within the sleeve pipe, metallic foreign objects can be attracted to the surface of the sleeve pipe, and during cleaning, the magnet bar can be pulled out to easily remove foreign objects from the sleeve pipe surface.
