We have processed a complex pattern on a SUS thin plate of 0.1mm thickness through our fine machining. Even with thin plates, we can perform slit processing with minimal burrs and machining of complex shapes.

Our fine processing technology incorporates a fiber laser with a beam diameter of 40μm, achieving ultra-precision fine processing on thin plates of SUS 0.01t and above. Slit processing is also possible. Additionally, we can process complex shapes with minimal burrs. We can also manufacture difficult-to-process materials such as copper, phosphor bronze, and brass due to their high reflectivity. ■Production Example■ Complex Shape Cutting of Tin & Gold Coloring with Laser Marker
