High corrosion-resistant pure nickel "Nickel 201"

It is pure nickel with low work hardening properties, making it suitable for severe cold working such as spinning and coining.

"Nickel 201 (NW201, UNS N02201)" is a high corrosion-resistant pure nickel that exhibits excellent resistance to caustic soda and chlorine gas. It is particularly used as a material for caustic soda production equipment using the diaphragm electrolysis method. Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding. For TIG and MIG welding rods, YNi-1 is recommended. 【Features】 ■ Excellent corrosion resistance to caustic soda and chlorine gas ■ Pure nickel has low work hardening, making it suitable for severe cold working such as spinning and coining ■ Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding ■ Heat treatment should be done at 760 to 1050°C, followed by rapid cooling *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Teflon Electroless Nickel / P-in

The properties of PTFE improve characteristics such as water repellency, release properties, and slip properties.

P-in Teflon electroless nickel is a composite plating that co-deposits PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) within the electroless nickel coating. Due to the properties of PTFE, characteristics such as water repellency, release properties, and slip properties are enhanced, making it suitable for products such as sliding parts and molds that require release properties. Compared to Teflon electroless nickel, P-in has a higher coating hardness, providing excellent wear resistance and other superior characteristics.
