In terms of screw fastening itself, I will provide some examples of what tends to seize easily. For instance, in the fastening of hex bolts and hex nuts, when using JIS supplementary items such as JA hex nut type 1 and high nuts with greater height, the high nuts are more prone to seizing. In the case of high nuts, the grip length of the threads between the hex bolt and hex nut becomes longer, which increases the contact area between the male and female threads, generating friction heat more quickly and at a higher level.
