What is ozone?

The function of self-purification of the atmosphere! The power of ozone demonstrates its effectiveness in sterilization and deodorization, creating a comfortable space.

Have you ever heard the term ozone (O3)? For example, many people may be familiar with the "ozone layer," which protects living organisms from harmful ultraviolet rays. Ozone naturally exists in the atmosphere and plays a role in self-purifying the air. In coastal areas with strong sunlight, concentrations of 0.03 to 0.06 ppm are observed, while in forests, concentrations of 0.05 to 0.08 ppm are noted. Ozone is generally not visible to the naked eye, but it can be detected by its smell. Fresh air in forests and similar environments contains ozone. 【Features】 ■ No residual toxicity ■ Oxidizes and decomposes foul-smelling molecules, preventing odors from returning ■ No concern about emitting harmful substances that could lead to secondary pollution ■ Possesses strong sterilizing and deodorizing power while being extremely considerate of the environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

What is ozone?

The safety of ozone gas that you will understand once you know.

What is ozone? Ozone (O₃) is a gas that exists in low concentrations (0.025 ppm) in the atmosphere due to sunlight. It refers to a state where three oxygen atoms (O) are bonded together. In nature, ozone concentrations are higher in areas surrounding the great outdoors, such as "coastlines," "mountains," "forests," "grasslands," and "waterfalls." Concentrations of 0.03 to 0.06 ppm are observed at sunny coastlines, while concentrations of 0.05 to 0.1 ppm are found in forests. There is an ozone layer in the stratosphere at an altitude of 10 to 50 km on Earth, containing 2 to 8 ppm of ozone, which absorbs a significant amount of harmful ultraviolet radiation from the sun and protects the terrestrial ecosystem through the self-purifying action of the atmosphere. Ozone has a strong oxidizing ability, second only to fluorine, and is effective in deodorization and sterilization. It also has about seven times the sterilizing, deodorizing, and air-cleaning power of chlorine. Being a gas, it can reach every corner of a room and effectively suppress viruses.

Protect rubber products from ozone. Reduced replacement frequency with highly weather-resistant materials!

I want to improve the degradation of rubber products caused by ozone cracking. By switching to highly weather-resistant materials, the replacement frequency drastically decreases!

■Specific Concerns "A product used outdoors that develops severe cracking in about a year." "Replacing it is a hassle, and I want to reduce this replacement work..." ■Solution Add appropriate aging inhibitors ■Effects Achieved over twice the weather resistance compared to conventional products Replacement frequency changed from 1 year to over 2.5 years Reduced workload for workers due to decreased replacement frequency ■Customer Feedback "I never thought that just changing the materials would have such an effect." "With the reduced replacement frequency, I've been able to allocate time to other tasks!" *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.*
