[High Voltage Power Supply / High Voltage Transformer Solutions and Case Studies] Achieving Miniaturization
Improved reliability! A case study demonstrating miniaturization achieved through open transformers to cast transformers.
We would like to introduce a case study of a solution and proposal regarding the request to "miniaturize the set." In this case, the current situation involves the use of an open transformer, with high-voltage circuits such as rectifier circuits implemented on the circuit board. It was noted that miniaturization is difficult due to the need to secure the required insulation distance. To address this, we enhanced insulation and achieved miniaturization by encapsulating the transformer windings and high-voltage components such as the rectifier circuit in resin. Furthermore, the use of void-free resin encapsulation has also improved reliability. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - Miniaturization of the set - Miniaturization is difficult due to the need to secure the required insulation distance ■ Results - Enhanced insulation and achieved miniaturization - Improved reliability through void-free resin encapsulation *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
