This is a compact, high-performance diaphragm pump. The maximum achievable vacuum level is approximately 1000 Pa (0.01 atm). It is oil-free and uses corrosion-resistant materials, making it ideal for chemical experiments involving organic solvents and corrosive gases. We have prepared the following three types of diaphragm pumps: - High vacuum type DTU-20 - General-purpose DTC series - KNF series with superior corrosion resistance
