Resin "Acrylic with Copper powder"
The curing temperature is 170°C and the curing time is 15 to 20 minutes! It is suitable for SEM observation and electro-polishing, among other uses.
"Acrylic with Copper powder" is a resin in which copper powder is mixed with thermosetting acrylic resin. Among the resins manufactured by PRESI, there are two types suitable for SEM observation and electro-polishing: "conductive phenolic resin" and this product. The difference is that the "conductive phenolic resin" contains carbon, while this product contains copper powder.
