Similar to the sleeve type, this return roller is specialized in reducing the drop of materials adhering to the belt (falling debris) by placing multiple rubber rings on the surface of the iron roller.

Custom rollers with non-standard dimensions
JRC refers to rollers with non-standard dimensions as "B-type rollers," and we can manufacture them as shown in the table below. When making a request, please check the structural drawings of each roller and specify your desired dimensions and specifications. We also accommodate special processing such as threading at the shaft end and pin holes. (Please refer to the example of shaft end processing in the figure below.)
Short rollers used in steep incline conveyors.
At JRC, we also manufacture "short rollers" used in steep incline conveyors. For roller lengths (L1) of less than 100L, we recommend the TRJ type (straight bushing type). We also accommodate special processing of shaft end shapes. (Please refer to the example of shaft end processing in the figure below.)
