Urethane casting & machining
Urethane rubber is a type of rubber that excels in strength and abrasion resistance. It is bonded by pouring rubber into the core while adhering it, and unnecessary parts are trimmed away. Rewrapping with old rubber is also possible.
We poured urethane into a mold and finished it with cutting to create a roller with an R shape. We also handle roller materials other than general materials, such as hardness 95 and high heat resistance.
It is a urethane lining process with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The core material is S45C, and the roll part has an R shape. Although it was a re-winding of supplied materials, we can also accept the production of core materials.

It also has strong properties against solvents and low water absorption, resulting in high dimensional stability during processing, making it suitable for cutting and welding operations. A representative material, Delrin, is produced by DuPont.
