We perform alignment of lens units and image sensors for camera modules (security cameras, in-vehicle cameras, drones, etc.), UV bonding, and MTF measurement. The image sensor substrate is adjusted using a 6-axis stage control and then UV irradiated and bonded. The MTF alignment function allows for reduced work time and improved quality. By calculating the amount of tilt adjustment using defocused MTF data, tilt adjustments can be completed in one go, enabling quick adjustments.
