Our company has been developing the YUCACO system and airflow system, and we believed that incorporating an air purifier unit into this circulation path would enable more effective air purification. However, high-performance filter-type filters increased pressure loss and posed clogging issues. Therefore, we were attracted to electronic dust collection filters that have low pressure loss, are easy to maintain, and consume less power, leading us to their adoption. Since around 2017, we have made progress and installed them in the Ota model in Gunma Prefecture. Additionally, the yellow sand problem in the Kansai region has been serious, and we strongly felt the need for air purification. In spring, it is not uncommon for yellow sand to arrive, causing the sky to become hazy, which leads to issues such as being unable to hang laundry outside, creating a demand for improved indoor air quality.

The "AT-501B" is a machine that produces yarn known as ATY by feeding long fibers (POY, FDY) such as nylon and polyester into an air mixing nozzle using feed rollers set to any desired speed, and utilizing the turbulence created by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with two feed rollers, it produces ATY by feeding FDY of nylon and polyester into the nozzle with any overfeed. ■ A second heater is used to adjust the size of the ATY loops and their elongation. ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC, with condition input selectable from either a touch panel or PC method. ■ The right and left sides of the machine can produce under different conditions. ■ Adopting a line shaft drive system reduces quality variation between bobbins. ■ The winding size is 8 inches (200mm). * An option for 10 inches (250mm) is also available. ■ The minimum number of bobbins is 24, with the possibility of increasing the number of bobbins by 24 (one block). * The maximum number of bobbins is 216. * For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download. * Factory tours are also possible.
