This container is used to feed materials that are transported with air into the manufacturing machine, separating the air from the materials during the feeding process. The air is exhausted through the perforated holes. A stainless steel container with a ball valve that makes it easy to portion liquids such as chemicals has been equipped with an air vent. By simply operating the air vent (valve) on the lid, you can release the sealed state without opening the lid, allowing for smooth liquid discharge. The container is sealed with a gasket, preventing spillage and dust intrusion during storage and transport. The valve at the discharge outlet is made of stainless steel, and the sealing at the threaded part is also PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance. The tip of the nozzle has a threaded joint, allowing for connection to piping.

The container is equipped with a gasket, making it a sealed type that prevents spillage and dust intrusion during storage and transport. The discharge valve is made of stainless steel, and the seal at the threaded part is made of PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance. To accommodate tall beakers and bottles, the height to the nozzle has been set to 200mm. The tip of the nozzle is a threaded fitting, allowing for connection to piping. The legs have a 10mm hole, enabling it to be secured with anchors or screws.

A stainless steel container that allows for identification and management of contents with color packing!

Identification and management can be done using the color of the packing, allowing for differentiation with colored packing in cases where the contents may impart odors to the packing. Due to the colors, it is easier to detect if the packing is chipped and has mixed into the contents. The packing comes in four colors (red, blue, green, and white) and is used by attaching it to the rim of the container. It is ideal for temporary storage of powders and liquids that are sensitive to moisture and outside air, as it is a sealed stainless steel tank. With a handle, it allows for smooth transportation and movement when using a dedicated cart (KM series). The corners of the bottom have an R structure, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate, thus ensuring good cleanliness and hygiene. When combined with a transparent acrylic lid [AF], it is also possible to distinguish the color of the packing while the lid is on.
