Reverse Synthesis Analysis Software 'Synthia'

It is software that can evaluate the selectivity of reactions, including stereoselectivity and regioselectivity, as well as the effects of incompatible functional groups on the entire molecule!

"Synthia" is a retrosynthetic analysis tool developed over 15 years through a collaboration between organic chemistry and computer science. It not only verifies the interactions at the reaction centers at each step of the reaction but also evaluates the selectivity of the reaction, including stereoselectivity and regioselectivity, as well as the influence of incompatible functional groups across the entire molecule. This tool accelerates the development of organic synthesis, achieves cost reduction, and provides organic chemists with new ideas. 【Features】 ■ Organic chemists encode reaction rules ■ Advanced and sophisticated algorithms ■ Over 65,000 reaction rules ■ Proposes practical synthetic routes ■ Analyzes novel routes that have not been reported *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Non-contact sensor adoption 'Laser Surface Speed and Length Measurement System'

Accurately measure transported objects moving at a speed of 462 km/h! Non-contact laser prevents damage and misdetection.

The "Laser Surface Speed and Length Measurement System" can measure the speed and length of transported materials non-contactly. It is equipped with a laser sensor capable of high-speed measurements of up to 462 km/h. It prevents issues that occur with contact-type devices, such as "measurement roll slippage," "measurement roll thermal expansion errors," and "damage to the measured materials." Furthermore, it can achieve high-precision detection even in harsh high-temperature environments. Our company offers a total solution that includes controllers and power supplies. 【Features】 ■ Accuracy of ±0.05% and repeatability ■ Industry-leading measurement speed range: ±7700 m/min (462 km/h) ■ Long focal length of 300 to 1500 mm allows measurements away from high-temperature materials ■ Accessories available for stable measurements even in harsh environments (cooling protective housing, cooling plates, air purge units, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Structural Analysis Solution

It is very important as a means to achieve cost reduction and weight reduction! We also support advanced analysis.

We will introduce "structural analysis," which calculates the types of deformation and stress that occur when static or dynamic loads are applied to products or structures. In "linear analysis and nonlinear analysis," we conduct computer simulations of the strength issues of structures. We also support advanced analyses that take into account large deformations, contact, and material nonlinearity. Additionally, in "dynamic analysis," we perform computer simulations of the vibration issues of structures, allowing us to understand the vibration characteristics of the structure and confirm the actual vibration state through animation. 【Features】 ■ Linear Analysis: An analytical method that solves the equations of force equilibrium. ■ Nonlinear Analysis: Analysis that considers nonlinear characteristics within the calculations. ■ Dynamic Analysis - Understand the vibration characteristics of structures and confirm the actual vibration state through animation. - Correlate dynamic analysis experiments with simulations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

SAIGEN~Supporting product development and problem-solving through analysis~

SAIGEN~Supporting product development and problem-solving through analysis~

"I want to reduce the cost of creating prototypes," "I want to identify issues with the product," "I want to measure the flow of air, heat, and liquids." Such challenges often arise in product development and planning. With our service "SAIGEN," we utilize a technology called 'CAE analysis' to measure the durability and effectiveness of products and parts before prototyping. We also sometimes engage with our customers from the very beginning of their product development journey, providing support throughout the process.

Quality Engineering "MT System APRT Method"

Fewer constraints compared to conventional methods, and higher discrimination accuracy!

The "APRT method" is a technique that combines principal component analysis and the RT method, significantly relaxing the constraints of conventional MT systems while also improving discrimination accuracy. Each method in the MT system has its own constraints, which need to be differentiated based on the purpose and target. The "APRT method" has garnered attention as a new technique that can greatly relax various constraints and improve discrimination accuracy, and it is currently being validated across various fields. 【Advantages】 ■ Higher discrimination accuracy compared to conventional methods - In abnormal situations, an MD² value that is about three orders of magnitude larger (gain of 30 dB) can sometimes be obtained. ■ Fewer constraints compared to conventional methods - The MT method has a constraint of the number of members being greater than the number of items, but the APRT method does not have this constraint due to the use of principal component analysis. - Compared to the RT method and error pressure method, the gain in the desired characteristic SN ratio is large, providing high discrimination power. - The MT method has issues with multicollinearity, but the APRT method does not have this problem due to the use of principal component analysis. - The RT method is fundamentally based on identical unit items, but the APRT method standardizes using correlation matrix principal component analysis, so there are no issues. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
